RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted only within 30 days of invoice date. THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN ABSOLUTE NEW CONDITION AS RECEIVED, INCLUDING PACKAGING.. Shortages and errors must be reported within 10 days of invoice date. Returns after 30 days must have a Returned Authorization Number and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. NO RETURNS ON SALE, DISCONTINUED, OR SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS.
