RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted only within 30 days of invoice date and must have a Returned Authorization Number and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN ABSOLUTE NEW CONDITION AS RECEIVED, INCLUDING PACKAGING.. Shortages and errors must be reported within 10 days of invoice date. NO RETURNS ON SALE, DISCONTINUED, OR SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS. 

There are no warranties expressed or implied for any racing products we sale!  These components and engines are designed for racing purposes only and therefore cannot be warrantied for any reason!
