Forged Flat Top Piston Assembly

Obtain added performance from our forged piston assembly for our 414cc engine! Can also be used in the Honda GX390 engine at an .080" overbore! The piston is a flat top design with no valve reliefs. This piston will work with our 4.410" length billet aluminum connecting rod. This piston design incorporates a smaller skirt for less friction and weighs less than the stock piston. The piston pin lock is much stronger than the factory lock and the ends of the piston pin is tapered to increase the lock effectiveness. The piston pin is made from tool steel. The ring pack is thinner than the stock ring design for less cylinder wall drag! The second ring features a napier (hook) compression ring for better oil control. The top ring has a moly inlay for reduced wear and improved performance.

These billet aluminum roller rocker arms will fit Honda GX340/GX390 or any Clone 340 / 390! These have a rocker ratio of 1.3:1. We have put hours of dyno time on these rockers including track simulation testing on our dynamometer. These rocker arms are CNC machined from 7000 series aluminum alloy. They also incorporate bearing grade brass bushings to reduce rotational friction at the trunnion area. The roller tip is a precision ground hardened steel roller. The rocker shaft is a hardened steel shaft that will reduce any valvetrain flexing, unlike the stock rocker arm studs which flex under higher spring rate and rpm! The lash adjuster features a cupped pushrod area to house the pushrod end. This design eliminates the need for the factory pushrod guideplate, rocker arm studs, and factory adjuster nuts! The lash adjuster nut is a 12 point ARP fastener. These rockers will eliminate the weak design of the factory valvetrain components and also come with complete installation instructions.

Our Mikuni 32mm performance carburetor will give your GX390 a major boost in power! This carburetor configuration is setup to run on gasoline. We have Alky conversion kits listed below if you want to run Alcohol fuel! The GX390 will really come alive when converted to Alcohol! This carburetor features a round slide throttle valve and a spigot mount. *Be sure to add the needle and seat that we have listed below if you are going to be running a pulse type fuel pump* The carb is also equipped with a flip lever choke. Our performance kits are dyno tested and track proven to get you the results your looking for!
